These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Ten Rock Deals website and your purchase of inventory from 1001751942 ONTARIO INC.. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & Inventory

Product listings describe wholesale liquidation inventory, including pallets, lots and truckloads. Condition and contents are described to the best of our knowledge; unless a manifest is explicitly provided, inventory is sold unmanifested and quantities/contents may vary from what is pictured.

Pricing & Availability

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to correct pricing errors.

Pickup & Delivery

Buyers are responsible for arranging pickup or delivery within the timeframe communicated at time of purchase. Storage fees may apply for inventory not collected within the agreed window.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1001751942 ONTARIO INC. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of purchased inventory.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
